You said that because you don't want to believe it. You are basically in denial.
November is not Chrismas. And it was the month of realease of Kinect and COD. And the 360 barely edged the Wii and was behind the Wii at Black Friday.
It was completely obvious that the Wii was going to destroy the 360 in December. In what world do you live? Nintendo OWNS Christmas and there is nothing M$ can do against it.
Last year the Wii sold 1,2 millions in November and 3,8 millions in December. Not knowing that the Wii was going to take December should be worthy of a VG chartz noob card.

I said that because it doesn't make sense such a huge difference given the present trends. We know there is a huge demand of 360.
I said that because vgchartz already missed the mark on november sales.
I said that because vgchartz is based a lot on historical data and that doesn't work when a new factor is brought in.
I said that beacuse I'm sure that the wii will be down YoY when NPD data come out, like it's always been this year.
Let's wait and see.

Anyways ur missing the point. The wii had a 50$ gift card this week(a new factor), and the 360 will have it next week which explains the sales. ioi explained that the 360 is having shortages or else he would have expected higher sales, and maybe people holding off for the $75 gift card next week which is sure to propel sales once again.
Now im not saying the sales are 100% but its the closest thing we have!
