Every other Latin american country SW and HW data is irrelevant coz every game and console sold in my country ( argentina ) is imported from USA, so it counts like US SW. And its the same for all the other LA countries excludeing mexico colombia and brazil

Exactly, I'm from Ecuador I resell games that I bought from USA (I believe thats called "gray" market), so that would count as a US software sale.

yeo so Ecuador doesn't count 'cause the hw and sw are bought from US retailers
