Every other Latin american country SW and HW data is irrelevant coz every game and console sold in my country ( argentina ) is imported from USA, so it counts like US SW. And its the same for all the other LA countries excludeing mexico colombia and brazil

That's true... although, In Mexico, lots of consoles and SW are imported too or bought in the states... I bought my 2 ps3 in USA, and i've done that with SW too... I think it would be quite hard to know exactly how well are doing the concoles in Latin America because of this...

That´s because the prices in the USA are cheaper than the mexican ones and the consoles are WAY cheaper on there
