I don't see why the Eagles/Giants need to lose for ATL to make the playoffs. For starters (ignoring that GB lost) they have a second game with CAR which will lock up a spot for them. With the GB loss today I believe they locked up a spot since they already beat TB and GB in head to head competitions and those are the only two teams that can match ATL's record to knock them out of the wildcard spot. Also, PHI/NYG play each other next week which means neither will be able to take a wildcard spot from ATL.
