Fantastic dish! I don't know what other gross stuff I eat, I'm sure there's a bunch of things, but I can't think of any. Though I don't know if I ever had anything with hearts and the like in them.

actually it was roasted Blood Sausage cut and roasted with potatoes. it's simply divine

So many ways to cook blood into something delicious... Who would have thought?

Blood actually tastes good and have a lot of protein.
