I think GTA4 (combined PS3/360 sales, unless it gets delayed past April) and Wii Fit will sell more (unless of course it becomes super supply constrained)
But of the 3, I'd personally rather own Brawl.
Plus I said in the other thread Mario Kart would outsell Brawl lifetime. (because of its greater appeal to the casuals)
