If they'd be able to proplerly detect whether it's a pirated copy or not, they'd simply make it not work at all. That is, this is no better than what we've seen so far, only slightly more funny. A week after launch, pirates will have cracked this system too.
Now it's Ubi 1 - Pirates 0, a week after launch it'll be more like Ubi 1 - Pirates 2 or something.
