Grammys are the most worthless awards (if you can even call it that). Its basically a popularity show of really shitty "talent"

I consider VMA's, VGA's and Teen Choice Award...to be the incredibly much worse than the Grammys. Actually based on this years MTV Movie awards...I would add that in as well. 

I don't recognize those as awards in the slightest sense. The Grammys at least have history behind it. Those other thigns are just media masturbation.

Ahh, then I would agree with you. I would also add in Golden Globes as well..(I really don't like Golden Globes either). 

The only reason I pay attention to the Golden Globes is they come on a month before the Oscars. The Golden Globes suck and are pretty much useless. I mean Avatar won Best Picture.

Sadly the Academy Awards is the only award show that matters to me really. I know they aren't perfect in fac tI disagree with the quite often but the producers have done a great job keeping up the pedigree and prestige to the Oscars. People around the worl pay attention to them and they only give out around 30 a year (not including technical and honarary awards) compared to something like 150 Gammys per year.
