2011 to be 360's peak year?

It actually looks like 2009:

 

• Halo  Gears game
• Forza (with Kinect)
• exclusive Rockstar games
• Left 4 Dead (could go Multi in 2011)
• Modern Warfare with Exclusive DLC
• improving live (I don't know what's wrong with it)
• Batman game
• unannounced games??

None of those games pushed the 360 to 13mill. 

I don't know what unannounced games your talking about. What do you think MS will announce, Perfect Dark 2? The holiday looks fine with Gears, Forza, L4D, and COD. I assume you are talking about a game for early 2011.

I don't know why those games would push the 360 to 13mill. But if the 360 does sell 13mil, it'll be  because of Kincet, not those games.

I think you should have asked will Kinect push the 360 to 13mil.
