Konami have tailored the MGS engine and content for and around the Cell and the BluRay format, much like SE have with FFXIII. So saying it will not come to the PS3 is probably the most ignorant statement ever made on Vgchartz, and is certainly no measure of a person who has insight in the industry.
I personally think JL is a colourfull soul who sparks interesting debates, but here's the thing John; No matter how long a post is, some things are plain wrong.
I know he's no PS3 (or techno) fan, but some of these predictions seem like they're made only to provoke those who are. I'm not personally insulted by it, but I do feel indignified that he would underesteimate our intelligence in such a manner.
The way people rant about HD equipment and casuals, you'd think they were all experts on the field. Well, none of us are. Let's be able to admit that, shall we?
I've been wrong on many occassions in here, and I will be wrong many other times, and I feel like I should be man enough to admit it.
That is a rare trait indeed on forums like these, no one likes to be wrong.
Guess what? Being right never teaches you anything, being wrong teaches you everything!
