i have seen a experiment on German TV a while ago, where they tried a Diet that goes like this:
for Breakfast: 3 coissants, with jam and butter
for Lunch: Pizza
for Dinner: Steak and Salad
The Girl who tried it slowly lost weight over the course of a few weeks.
the principle is, that you need to give your body high doses of carbohydrates during the day but only Protein in the evening. that way, during the night enzymes are triggered that will break down the fat in your fat-cells while you sleep.
