Can retailers see your billing address?

I can't say forsure. I doubt you'll get in trouble.

I've accidently clicked the wrong things before and it got cancelled (this was by newegg). Because I wasn't shipping to my billing address.

It will probably just be cancelled if they require it shipped to your billing.
