@reverie: I was thinking of external USB HDD, which would be optional for a cost. But i agree that Nintendo will have flash memory as built-in in the future too.
Considering the A/V codec, i'd see AVI or MP4. BTW, what's h264? Sounds familiar, but it didn't ring a bell. Even that MP3 and DivX are outdated, they still are "improvement" to what Saturn used.
@krik: You'd make a good salesman. Could you tell us a little more about Game Tap?
