Thats not really how that works.  You have to take into account the following.

1. More people will buy it because its exclusive.

2. They only have to pay to develop on 1 system thus cutting costs by quite a large margin.

3. Plus i'm pretty sure Rock Band sells better on the 360 than on any other console.

Thats not true at all this generation.

The maximum sales given the state of the world economy and the generation are from either Nintendo or multiplatform games.
