It is called Winning eleven over there and it is a different game than PES.

 its 90-95% the same game .. to differentiate them is like differentiating between german and international versions of shooters ,because the german ones don't feature blood/guts/decaptations

PES 2008 is already released in USA. The game don't sell well over there like Madden don't sell well in Europe.

 

 PES 2008 is _not_ released in the USA - it releases there 03/04/2008 (4th of march)
