35-8=27.  Twenty-seven million units in one year.  That's more than 2 million a month.  The DS sold less than 28 million from 12/18/06 to 12/17/07.  The PS3 cannot sell almost as much as the DS.  Even if the demand was magically there, Sony couldn't produce them.  Having that number as an upper limit is no excuse for it to be totally insane.
