It's like you're purposely ignoring everything the PS3 has going for it.

  • It's currently leading both consoles by over 50k 
  • It still has GT5/GT5 Bundles and whatever else they plan on bundling
  • It has the Japanese advantage over the 360
  • It has the EMEAA advantage over the 360 AND Wii

The only market it's lacking in really, is America. But even then... It's still putting up a reasonable fight. I don't see how it can possibly be in a "distant" 3rd place WW.

*That 50K will easily go away with America alone as I see Wii and 360 both ahead of PS3 by at least 50K a week in America.

*G.T.5 won't be as big as Kinect or Red Wii/D.K/M.J

Yes it is lacking in America and as we get closer to Christmas it will look like the 360 does in Japan in America.

That was back when I thought L.B.P.2 was going to come out and PS3 was going to get a $50 Price cut...but both are gone which makes the PS3 fall a lot in my opinion...I am not saying it will fail in the end I just think it won't even come close for Holiday 2010 but it should make a big recovery throughout 2011 possibly even outselling the 360 in lifetime sales by December 31st 2011.
