This seems to be how John Lucas works. First he makes a prediction that sounds completely insane (Wii sell better than PS3 after launch, Wii outsells 360 during summer, Wii does 20M by end of year) and people laugh at him, but it turns out he's either right, or so close to right that it's within the data's error margin. Sure some of them are way off, but I beat he does it on purpose to not make the rest of us feel too dumb. =P |
True about the software sales. I was actually referring to the effect that games like those two will have on hardware sales. Since the wii has released most of its big hitters with the exception of mario kart and SSBB I think and hope that the first quarter of 08 will be competetive in Japan.
