By all my games from Game, have done so for many many years. Never had a problem with them. Games are always new and always have the authentication seal on them. Tend to get them delivered a day before release too, like my own copy of Fable III arrived today.
Seeing as they are the UK's biggest gaming place and the spotlight is very much on them and their stores i doubt very much they do this on purpose as we have strict selling laws in UK. If they were caught doing this they could get is serious trouble will trading standards authority. I doubt they would risk potentially having their license removed for a few hundred pounds here and there.
