Why would it be a joke? he is 100% correct. The only thing that matters in a buyout is the cost per share (i.e. the market cap of the company), anything else is immaterial. Still I would find the rumors hard to believe, Sony is not a healthy company, people here focus on the PS brand which is doing well, the rest of the company is in the toilet.
