Except that Adobe hates Apple right now. The biggest problem I see Adobe is that much of the business is PC/Windows based.

There is also a rumour about MS buying Adobe.

Apple makes huge profits from tiny market shares (apart from ipod).

I find it hard to see how Sony can fit into the Steve Jobs business model and I agree with whoever said the Japanese government will probably block this.
