i am sure they were not "the best in the business" but i still think it was quite a interesting experiment.

The driver was introduced as a professional Stuntman and Hobby-Race driver. He said he had 30 years of experience and was real good driving through the obstacle course normally and completely failed in 3rd person mode, where the gamer was much better.

ah, that explains a lot. I figured the gamer was in 3rd person and the "pros" were doing it normally.
