Wii Play is bundled with the Wii controller. It's actually the only way you can buy a Wii controller where I live. They don't sell the controller alone now.

But MKWii is bundles with the Wii wheel...

And? Mario Kart Wii is the only game I'm aware of that uses the Wii wheel. Plus that's not the reason people buy Mario Kart Wii especially since you can buy a wheel for 5-10$. Why would they pay 49,99$ if they don't intend to own Mario Kart Wii?
