When they say Move I think they mean all the components of the set up - Camera, controller, subcontroller, etc. So its maybe 1.5m shipped for 500,000 people or whatever as most people will buy more than one component.
As for the 15m:

I don't see how Q3 (Oct-Dec) of the current fiscal year can beat the previous Q3 (Oct-Dec) - they're going to be down in Japan and the USA - Move GT5 <<< Slim $300 price pont MW2 FFXIII. They may need to ship alot of the bundles with Move, but even that doesn't seem like enough to get to 15m. I think European sales could be up - this is only the fourth Christmas for PS3 over there but its different in the Americas and Japan.
I think I'm being pretty realistic with Q2 shipment figures too - they sold PS3s at a much faster rate last Sept and shipments were like .7m higher than sellthrough or something, which is similar to what I have for this year.
