^^ just came back to say that, beat me to it...though I don't know about the russian economical growth.
India although a growing economy, has a a rediculously disproportioned distrubution of wealth.Something like a third of the worlds impoverished live in India. By impoverished I mean those that live below the base measured earnings line of $1.25 per day.
