Download what looks most appealing to you. I'd buy Super Metroid, but I doubt that our tastes are exactly identical.
Although frankly, I don't think that Super Mario 64 has aged very well. The controls are far less responsive than in the Galaxy games, and admittedly, the level design isn't the best either. 'Twas groundbreaking for it's time, and without it, 3D platformers (Or even 3D games in general) wouldn't be what they are today. But in comparison to Galaxy 1 or 2, it feels very dated. (But then again, so does almost every 3D platformer...)
