Why yes. Yes it is.
The hint you get is always at the end. I always mention a famous user (RolStoppable, Kwaad, cklmb, etc.) that is either known for trolling/joke threads. But all these new guys (any user that doesn't remember pre-2008 or didn't visit the forums back then) always take me seriously.
However, what Artist said was what I agree with and should be taken seriously:
"Well, I must say, if this is true, then amen to that. Mark Rein never respected Nintendo before why should fans of Nintendo respect him. Iphone? That's a low blw. I mean I saw the video for the game and it didn't even look fun. He's a graphics whore for sure."
