Any prediction for the PS3 to be below 17m is very harsh. It is at about 8.5m, and will sell much better next year, especially as it will be selling in 3 regions for 12 (although EU launch did help), and at a lower price with a much better library, the PS3 will sell and extra 50% to what it sold this year, giving it around 20m
