I'm not really convinced by that. Sackboy is moving really sluggishly, and there's a noticeable delay between his entering the blue portal and leaving the orange one.
With a little more effort and polish, though, that could be a great level.
(I don't need this to convince me that LBP2 is awesome. I've known that since before it was announced
