I, same as EA as it seems, prefer PS3 over 360, but how can somebody state something unreasonable without backing it up.

I agree it dosent seem plausable atm, but after Halo Reach, what is there to get a 360 for, Gears 3 and the next Halo. the question is what will happen to the console after this year and when the gen will end. a LOT of people seem to this this gen is over, but that dosent seem logical to me.

I mean MS and Sony have both endorsed the 10 year life cycle, MS stating Kinect will boost the life cycle another 5 years. and neither consoles have been successful compared to the Wii or last gen, so it dosent seem like good business logic to launch successors to consoles that are not in high demand.

i think EA think that as this gen continues there will be an increasing demand in the PS3 because of the library; however i'm not stating one or the other, but how far is the PS3 behind in the UK??

Because no new 360 games are going to be announced right? XCOM, Codename Kingdoms and others will start appearing more prominent in 2011.

PS3 is behind in the UK by 2.1 million units. Nov and Dec last year 360 outsold the PS3. 360 has beaten the PS3 there every week so far this year.

Edit - That means 360 has nearly outsold the PS3 in the UK for 52 solid weeks straight.
