That is true, but AC II didn't sell as well as AC I... so I am not sure, with MP it could go either way
As for playing AC I... it is inferior in every way to ACII as that was the best improvement in a sequel ever (I think) as it addressed every flaw in the first game, of which there were many. I played it briefly recently, and even the (at the time) amazing free running felt stunted compared to AC II
@ hatmoza, don't be turned off by the inclusion of MP. Ubisoft are throwing every resource they have at this game, so they have a full SP story, which may not be as long as AC II, but that was a long game, so at the very least you are getting a good length game. For me, Rome seems a big enough location, and one that probably does deserve its own game, so I'm REALLY looking forward to it, in spite of my apathy for multiplayer in general
