I made a similar thread to this before about 3 weeks back, also asking people when they beleive the 360 will surpass PS3 EMEAA sales. It's amazing how peoples responces changed.

35% said it will not pass PS3 total EMEAA sales, 23% said around the time Halo is launched, 14% said before the Kinect launch (so October), and 3 9% votes fo comming withing 100k, but not passing, tieing, but not passing, and within 9 weeks from the date the thread was made (So by October 16th).
For your thread, I voted YES, I think the 360 will surpass 2010 total EMEAA sales, but unless Kinect pulls wonders, the 360 will loose it's lead quickly. I voted by October 16th in my last thread, and the sales difference has been holding as I predicted, so I'm sticking with it. The Week Oct 16th data is published 360 should be ahead of the PS3 total EMEAA sales, or at least be within 10k of it, and pass it the following week. Leaving it to be ahead for 2 full weeks! :O!!!!
