There's also a Mac Software that can help you stream your audio and video content from your Mac to your Wii. It lets you watch movies through the Internet Channel or the Photo Channel (which can also play back videos).

I think Opera's Internet Channel on the Wii is crap, so I haven't really looked into this solution.
