They meant shipped. They always do. (technically shipped consoles are also sold, just not necessarily all the way to the consumer but at least they're sold to the retailers)

Hey if they said sold, I beleive sold. Do you have any solid reasoning to beleive otherwise, or should I take every manufacturers sold consoles as shipped.

To be fair they undertrack the Wii by up to 500k, and PS3's recently had that sales adjustment giving them a few 100k more consoles sold, so I don't think they are undertracked by much more then Wii.
