I have to say, there's a really random plot hole element in this game... It really made me laugh. 
*Spoilers*
So you finish battling Ridley, and you're wondering about the Deleter... and all of a sudden you see a Galactic Federation unit walking into the elevator. You follow him all the way into Section 1 and into the BioLab, where you meet Ms. Bergman. You two have a little chat about what's really going on, and afterwards...
...you leave her behind.
What?! Did you just forget about the potential assassin you were trailing in that very room, telling her to "stay in here and be safe."? I can't believe she just walked out and totally forgot about the very person she was trailing. Talk about short term memory loss.
