It's possible, but borderline. I think the 360 will get to 49 million by the years end, 50 is definatly possible, but I think it would depend on a few variables. Namely how long the Slim effect will keep up, Kinect's popularity and ability to push consoles, the success of Halo: Reach, and how many sales with GT5 push towards the PS3?
It's possible, but I think unlikely. 49 million is realistic.
