What's your favorite Metroid game from the past decade?

I gotta say Other M added an element that really impressed me fun and engaging combat so my list goes as follows

1. Other M

2. Corruption

3. Fusion

4. Hunters (will probably change with me playing Trilogy)

5. Prime

6. Echoes

7. Zero Mission (default cause I never played it so could just as well be thrown away)
