Even when it has a mildly disappointing September, Wii clearly showed it can still have the strongest December. It's the console even girls like and moms aren't afraid of, so it's quite natural that it be the strongest for Xmas. This to say that we cannot exclude 100M by 2011's end until we have seen both Xmas 2010 and 2011 sales. BTW, after the last unofficial cuts I saw around (169€ including 20%VAT for the white WSR WM Plus bundle), it's starting becoming affordable even for medium-low income families.
