Those games already existed looong before the jailbreak. Though I could imagine they're quite a bit popular and get posted more frequently now.

What for?

As test games for hackers and in case it works for the public once the hack is released whether it's via Blu-Ray or HDD.

Also probably as part of the usual release crew war.

But what crews have to do with that because as far as I know the PS3 games you could download were just mirror images of the Blu ray contents, not cracked games?

Would be news to me if you needed some kind of cracked game to run it on a jailbreaked PS3.

Why shouldn't a 1:1 copy be enough ?
