but you know, they use different engines to suit different artstyles and different gameplay, so it's hard to judge based on that since the overall visual performance of an engine is tied to everything, animations, physics, A.I. and all that happens on screen. U2 in this case is a very non-orthodox action game if I may say so...just look at that train action...geez I know this is about the first game but whatever, now I'm off to watch that video, lol. |
gears 2 looks horrible next to UNC2, I posted the link to the screen captures from each of the game engines
