Steve claims iPod touch 'outsells Nintendo and Sony combined'

Is there really someone buying an iPod Touch because it's a mp3 player? I can't believe this.  It's advertised as a gaming machine and it would be a little bit oversized just as a music player. The PSP can play mp3s, too. So it's a music player, right?
