Mechanics ar solid. Bosses are great, some of the best in the series. The final boss alone is Hell on wheels. I'm glad Team Ninja was on board for this.

Keep Team Ninja, keep the animation studio doing the CGI, Hell, you can even keep Sakamoto as producer - but the man is given to excesses in ways that aren't appropriate, and he shouldn't be writing stories.

If I told you what the penultimate boss battle was, you would shit your pants in amazement and delight.

I don't know if they're skippable. Haven't tried yet.

They aren't skippable on your first playthrough. After that, you can skip them.
