One crazy long CGI sequence at the beginning, about her past in the military, but otherwise i haven't seen anything untoward.
My only disappointment was the cute little furry thing. I expected that to mutate into some sorta supervillain and try to swallow me whole, though i suppose that would be more Sin and Punishment than Metroid :P |

Foofy anime bullshit aside, this game has some great imagery.
And yeah, the difficulty is nice. Definitely Team Ninja's fingerprint on that one.
Some of the setpieces are really nice. Wait until you go through the pyrosphere for the first time.
