Road Rash 64 graphics are pretty terrible now. They weren't even all that great back then. But the gameplay has still held up wonderfully and it's still a blast to play.
A lot of PS1 games look like crap today. As a comparison, a lot of 2D Saturn games look awesome just because they are sprite based.
