Actually, how are Wii and PS3 comparing for software ytd in Japan?  PS3's gotten way more releases this year, but it seems like the higher end Wii games (Galaxy 2, Wii Party,NSMB Wii) still sell enough to likely make up that difference?

And yeah DQX will help a lot, unless we see the heavily rumoured 3DS version of DQX....

No, Hori recently confirmed it was a Wii game still, and was coming "sooner than you think" or something.  3DS is definitely going to get DQXI though imo.

They would be wise if they made DQXI Wii/3DS cross compatible

They would get the largest market that way.

DQ isn't really a multi-sort of series though, I think Hori and pals would rather just focus on 3DS... besides, by then Wii 2 will probably on shelves.  Hell, Wii 2 may be on shelves by the time DQX releases.

For Wii/3DS cross-compatible games though, I think Capcom should seriously consider Monster Hunter 3G.  Only after MHP3 releases though of course.

MH4 should be on Ps3 with online

Its really a game that could make online major on consoles.
