nintendo will need to find something advance, to differentiate from competition. , motion controls, 3d games , decent online, are already features on the ps3.
next nintendo console won't be as overpowered, it probably be between ps3 and 360, letting ps3 still get third party since sku and engines are now very well mature on HD consoles, specially in japan and it goes lower spec pretty much the same output. we know how alluring sony is with third party, and how microsoft plays to get it.
next gen if nintendo want steal thunder they have to go high enough so ps3 looks too weak and need a update.
i just hope its not just a wii with HD graphics.
