Not quite but very close .
In any case theres a possibility some "Others " data or even NA data will be updated and in that case it can reach it .For example the PS3 was undertracked for november about 75K for NA and after what french sources say the console had already passed 400K some 2-3 weeks ago .If this kid of data is adjusted the console can reach and even surpass the 9 million in the first year .
