It can't be hung on a wall but its not nearly as "fat" as you think. Its 15 inches fat at the base and then it keeps narowing down the further up you go.

It is also only 60 lb (60 inch model). A lot of 50 inch plasmas are heavier than that.

I wonder why they don't sell them here in Scandinavia. I haven't seen a rear projection TV in electronics stores here in almost ten years.
