Yes,Nintendo approved because T.H.Q already said that they are planning a huge Multi-Million $ global marketing campaign that includes T.V Advertising,Online Advertising, and Social Media events and that Nintendo is working with them to make sure it gets publicity and Nintendo is making sure that they maximize the launch.
