I know several that don't, all with just girls. I wonder whether this is just 1200 households plus 1200 consoles=every household has a console though.
A device for playing interactive games could be a pc/laptop, ipod, mobile phone or even SkyTV so i'm suprised it's not higher than 88.5%. I'm guessing they're not including kids toys as interactive games.
